Our Story
Helen Snook is an inspirational renovation specialist who has been turning houses into homes forthe last 25 years. Her journey started with a personal project. Unable to afford the house of herdreams, she decided to turn a run-down soon-to-be-demolished house into her dream home. Andher efforts paid off. She got her dream home, and its market value subsequently quadrupled,following which she was asked to help friends with their projects and property investments.

Who We Are
Hermoso Hogar Solutions has renovated a stunning array of properties across Europe, and is currently focused on Costa del Sol. We consider several factors when looking for potential renovation projects, such as their location, potential for growth, plot, the scope for creativity, structural stability, and, most importantly, the “hug factor” – it has to make you smile! Once we’ve identified the right property, we execute a personalised, streamlined, yet fluid renovation plan.

Our Process
Hermoso Hogar Solutions follows a streamlined approach to renovation while leaving enough scope for creative spontaneity, adding value and delivering a profitable renovation.

We draw up a comprehensive budget plan against the initial design ideas, accounting for each step of the renovation project, ensuring the margins remain consistent.

Specializing in detailed renovation plans, we find a team of builders and engineers for the property, apply for licenses, and explore new materials and tailored finishes.
